Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition.

To start a return, please contact our support team and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the product and your order number so we can quickly resolve the issue. In these cases, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please contact our support team. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
